Aury Fernandez

Aury Fernandez is a Alumni of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute studying Design and Innovation. Currently he is completing his masters degree in Product Design and Development at the Elisava School of Design and Engineering in Barcelona, Spain. He grew up as the eldest of three in the Bronx, New York and aspires to make an impact on his community through his work in product and education design. He favors working with 3d modeling software and prototyping new ideas and products. He currently works with BUILD as a youth advisor, spending time helping create new opportunities for young students of color to be represented in efforts made for the benefit of education. He also spends his time working with Gannett Fleming, supporting construction projects in New York City.
