AIMS Convenings

AIMS holds convenings two times a year, bringing together educators, students, researchers, tech developers, and funders to exchange ideas, challenges, and best practices with the goal of improving how young people experience and succeed in math.

I am deeply grateful to be a part of the AIMS Collaboratory. The community consistently inspires me and challenges me to be a better researcher/product developer. AIMS Convenings and my relationships with members of the AIMS Community consistently bring me back to my ‘why’ and keep me engaged in this work.”

The convening fosters in-person connections and collaboration, helping to strengthen our partnership and advance our shared work. It‘s an invaluable opportunity for both districts and ed tech providers.”

I don‘t know where else the educational technology sector and the public education sector can have these conversations that work towards imagining possibilities to solve persistent problems in the teaching and learning of mathematics. The time spent building community, the engagement between teams, and what I perceived to be the development of trust, means there is an opportunity here.”
