Dan Ray is the Research Manager of Mathematics at WestEd and the Director of Operations for the Carnegie Math Pathways. With over a decade of experience in providing technical assistance, Dan specializes in supporting institutions and instructors as they implement curricular, pedagogical, and structural innovations in mathematics. His expertise includes curriculum development, professional learning, change management, and leading Networked Improvement Communities (NICs). He has experience teaching mathematics at both K-12 and collegiate levels and worked with teachers K-16. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Central Florida and is currently based in Tallahassee, FL.
