Tim Podkul, Ph.D., applies learning analytics and continuous improvement frameworks to reduce barriers to equitable access, participation, and achievement in educational attainment and workforce advancement. He conducts organizational analyses and assesses and evaluates: networks and large-scale collaborations, educator-learner relationships, culture and systems change, and efforts to bridge gaps between researchers and practitioners. He has partnered with a range of clients to design, support, and evaluate projects and programs across educational, non-profit, corporate, and philanthropic organizations. He holds a BA from Connecticut College and an MA and PhD in Anthropology from the University of Florida, and was a William J. Fulbright Scholar in Peru.
