Katherine Schack possesses over two decades of educational experience within the Wentzville School District, Missouri's fastest-growing district, serving approximately 18,000 students. Currently, she holds the leadership position of K-12 Mathematics and K-5 Computer Content Leader. Her professional trajectory includes seven years as a first-grade teacher, three years as a second-grade teacher, and two years as the K-8 District Mathematics Coach.

Katherine's educational philosophy is centered on the provision of personalized learning experiences for both students and educators. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Teacher Leadership, with a research focus on personalized professional learning strategies designed to enhance educator self-efficacy and, subsequently, improve student achievement. Furthermore, she is committed to developing curricular options that facilitate student exploration of career and passion-driven interests.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Katherine prioritizes time with family and friends, particularly engaging in outdoor activities. She enjoys board games with her children, nieces, and nephews. Additionally, she and her family frequently travel, with a particular interest in visiting and documenting National Parks.
