What are we building?

  • New features in Imagine IM’s Algebra 1 Imagine Learning Classroom (ILC) digital platform, co-designed with teachers and students, that include:

    • Teacher formative assessment guidance to inform next instructional moves

    • Student dashboard to increase motivation, engagement, and persistence in ILC activities

    • Student peer-to-peer math discourse within a problem-solving module

  • Professional learning to equip educators with the skills and tools needed to implement algebraic problem-based instructional strategies effectively

What are we learning?

  • How the use of high-quality instructional materials, product features, and job embedded coaching can help teachers:

    • Increase Algebra 1 students' motivation, engagement, and persistence

    • Support teachers’ capacity to engage in problem based learning (PBL)
