Purpose/Abstract

Developed by the UF Lastinger Center for Learning in partnership with the AIMS Collaboratory, the GADRRS universal data sharing agreement is a free resource intended to serve as a standard agreement for schools, districts, researchers, and solutions providers.

Designed to protect student data, this agreement outlines terms for data security, privacy, and usage, ensuring student data is handled responsibly and in compliance with legal and ethical standards, as reviewed by the University of Florida’s General Counsel.

By using this agreement, districts and organizations can minimize risks related to data breaches, unauthorized access, and misuse of student information.
