Purpose/Abstract

This report summarizes findings from interviews with professional learning organizations in the RPPL network, conducted by the University of Pennsylvania team in 2025.

The purpose of the report is to better understand how these organizations use and organize data to support four core goals: creating standardized measurement tools across professional learning organizations; broadening access to shared, standardized data; housing shared data in a common secure platform; and developing and validating innovative measures that enable lower-cost, higher-quality research.
